Return Policies

New Returns

Bumper To Bumper is committed to the "Service Is The Difference" attitude.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it back to your local BTB store within 30 days for a full refund.  Please bring the original credit or debit card used to purchase the product. 


      NEW means :
  • Copy of original sales receipt
  • In original packaging
  • In original condition
  • Uninstalled and undamaged
  • Includes all hardware and literature

CORE RETURNS

If you paid a CORE charge with your purchase, you are eligible for core credit upon return of the acceptable core .  Before credit can be issued, all of the following must apply:

  • Copy of original sales receipt
  • Packed in original "new part" packaging
  • Drained of all fluids
  • Be in rebuild-able condition (no broken cases etc.)


Warranty Returns

Bumper To Bumper will be glad to replace a defective part if the following apply:


  • Within specified warranty period
  • Copy of original sales receipt
  • All parts and hardware are returned
  • Installed correctly
  • Installed on the vehicle intended by the manufacturer
  • Not damaged by another part
  • Not used for racing
  • Not abused
